Tuesday, May 19, 2015. 16 year old female pilot makes her first solo flight in Warrenton, Virginia. Congratulations to Elise Wheelock who soloed on April 30 at Warrenton-Fauquier Airport. Their goal is to improve the pilot population, especially the female pilot population. Last year Elise attended the Women Can Fly event in Warrenton and after taking her introductory flight, she was hooked! Links to this post.
